monday.com

The Anymail app adds one board view to monday.com. The view lists the replies to your campaigns and the offers you have sent, and a Create item button turns any row into an item on the board.

Install#

  1. In monday.com open the app marketplace, find Anymail and add it to your account.
  2. Accept the permissions: read boards, modify boards and post updates. The app uses them only to create the item you ask for.
  3. Open a board, click Add view (the plus next to the board tabs), choose Apps and pick the Anymail view.

Connect#

  1. In anymail open Settings, Integrations, API keys and create a key with the read scope. It starts with sgn_.
  2. In the monday view paste the key and click Connect.

The key is kept in monday app storage for that view and is sent only to app.anymail.watch in the Authorization header. Click Disconnect to remove it.

Browse replies and offers#

The first list switches between Campaign replies and Offers. The second list filters them.

List Filters What each row shows
Campaign replies All, Interested, Neutral, Not interested subject, sender, the intent anymail assigned to the reply, a short snippet
Offers All, Sent, Opened, Read offer link, status, number of visits

The view loads up to 50 rows. It reads through GET /replies and GET /offers, so the rate limits apply.

Create an item#

Click Create item on a row. The view creates an item on the board that holds the view and adds an update to it: the reply snippet, or the offer link with the number of visits. The button shows Created when it is done.

Who can use it#

Members and admins can connect the view and create items. A viewer sees the message "As a viewer, you are unable to use this app", because monday does not let viewers write to a board.

Limits#

  • The view is read-only for anymail. It never sends email, starts a campaign or changes a prospect.
  • Browser access to the API is open only to *.monday.app origins and only for GET requests.
  • It does not sync in the background. Rows appear when you open the view or change a filter.
